7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

The 7-Day Window You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made on the 8th day or later will unfortunately not be entertained under our standard policy.

Mandatory Conditions for Returns To ensure a successful return for electronic products:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (unless the product is defective).
  • All accessories (chargers, cables, batteries, manuals) must be present.
  • The IMEI or Serial Number must match our records.
  • The item must be free of user-induced damage, such as liquid spills, drops, or unauthorized software modifications (rooting/jailbreaking).

Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) If the product does not turn on or has a manufacturing defect, please contact contact@example.com immediately. We may require a short video showing the defect to facilitate a faster replacement.

Refund Process

  1. Pickup: Once a return is approved, we will arrange a pickup.
  2. Inspection: The item is sent to our warehouse for a technical inspection.
  3. Approval: If the item passes inspection, a refund is initiated.
  4. Credit: Refunds are credited to the original payment mode within 5–10 business days. For COD orders, we will request your bank details for a direct transfer.
